The HOX Last Chance Meet is an open meet hosted by the HOX Swim Team. Swimmers from the region can swim to improve seed times, earn a county time or just have one more splash in the pool. The meet is fast, fun and exciting! There are no restrictions on the number of events a swimmer can enter. It's a great event for swimmers trying to reach their pop times goal! Families are responsible for paying all fees. Click here to pay fees and then select the corresponding number of events your swimmer is participating in. There are no refunds/cancelations. LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506 Please note that coaches do not attend this meet- swimmers are responsible to get themselves to their races. Families are encouraged to coordinate and carpool. |

Summer Tuesday! Cereal Day!

Today is Cereal Day! All swimmers, come enjoy a tasty bowl (or 3!) of cereal with your team mates! Bring a box of your favorite cereal to share. Your spirit crew will supply the bowls, spoons and milk (dairy and non dairy). We will also have a thank you card making station set up for swimmers to make cards for their coaches. The fun will be set up from 9:45 to 1. Come anytime in that time frame to enjoy. |

Talent Show and Cake Decorating Contest

Come show off your talent at the SVST annual Talent Show and Cake Decorating Contest! Bring a chair, a picnic dinner and get ready to be entertained! Swimmers can showcase their talents through singing, dancing, eating pie without hands, gymnastics, etc. We'll finish the evening enjoying cake from the decorating contest. Talent Show: Sign up here with your child's name and members of their group and a brief description of their act for our MC. A stage and sound system will be provided, but we ask participants to bring their own music loaded on phone (or similar) and props if needed. There is a staging area for participants to 'get ready' prior to their act. Cake Decorating: Swimmers or groups of swimmers can enter a cake for the decorating contest. All entries must be received at the pool by 4pm. Three cakes will win the honor of Best SVST theme, Best "Here Comes the Sun/Summer" theme, and over all Best in Show. The Coaches will judge and prizes will be awarded! All cakes should be labeled with entrant name, type of cake and notes at to possible food allergies like dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts. The pool will be closed during the Talent Show. |
