Pop up Invitational

A new and late add to the swim calendar! Forest Park Swim Club is sponsoring an invitational at Northgate High School. There is a required splash fee to pay and swimmers can swim up to 3 individual events. Similar to our structure of time trials, individual events are all mixed ages/genders. They will also have touchpads. If you’ve been traveling and had other commitments during the summer but are free this day it’s a great opportunity to get some swims in. Had perfect swim attendance?- feel free to rest up this day instead! It is a 3 step process to attend: 1. Declare your swimmer attending and select up to 3 individual events 2. Pay the $5 splash fee per swimmer. 3. Sign up for a volunteer job for the meet All participant families will be required to do a meet job and it is anticipated that there will not be SVST coaches at this meet (similar to HOX Last Chance). |

Swim-A-Thon

The Swim-a-Thon is Sun Valley’s biggest fundraiser of the season, and we’re excited to cheer on our swimmers as they take on this fun challenge! Swimmers will collect pledges from family and friends and then see how many laps they can swim during the event. Funds raised help support everything that makes our team special, including, equipment, team activities, and other season expenses. Every lap and every donation makes a difference, so thank you for helping our swimmers reach their goals and for supporting Sun Valley Swim Team! |

11-14 Social -Neighborhood Challenge!
Sun Valley Pool & Saranap Neighborhood Challenge

Join us for a fun evening with your fellow SVST swimmers! This year, we're trying something new: the Saranap Neighborhood Challenge. We'll kick off the event with pizza dinner on the pool deck before swimmers are divided into teams and sent out into the Saranap neighborhood. Teams will visit participating SVST family homes, complete fun challenges, and collect small prizes along the way. Live in the Saranap neighborhood? Sign up your home to be part of the challenge here: Neighborhood Challenge! For safety, swimmers will be split into groups, with at least one phone or Apple Watch device in each group. Several SVST moms will be on deck throughout the event to chaperone, coordinate teams, and provide support as needed. After the challenge, swimmers will return to the pool deck to enjoy ice cream sandwiches before heading home. Schedule This event is open to SVST swimmers ages 11-14. Come ready to walk, have fun, and spend an evening with your teammates! |
