Sun Valley Day at Saint Mary's College Swim Meet
Soda Center, Moraga

It's the very first home meet in the inaugural season of St. Mary's College Swimming.  Come out and cheer with other SVST swimmers to support our community's collegiate swimmers.  Participants will receive a SMC swim cap and we'll head to iTea and Loard's for a post-meet treat!  Go Gaels!!

Volunteer Signups Go Live!

For 2027 Swim Season each family is required to work approximately 5-7 jobs plus 1 Championship Meet Job (final number to be determined in April).  Jobs are either meet or spirit/social related.  If you don't sign up for a job during this May 1st - May 3rd window, jobs will be assigned to you.  It takes a lot of volunteers to run a swim meet and help create an unforgettable experience for our SVST swimmers.  

Instructions to sign up for meet/spirit jobs:

  • Login to SwimTopia
  • Go to the Meets and Events tab
  • Go to Meets and Events Calendar
  • Scroll to the meet or event you want to sign up for 
  • Click on the green “JOB SIGNUP” button
  • Select the job you would like to volunteer for
  • Hit the “Save assignments” button
  • Move on to the next meet/event until you have 6 shifts

Tips: Roll your mouse over the “i” next to each job name to view a description of that job. Roll your mouse over the numbers in the Filled column to see who has already signed up for that job.

Time Trials is our intra-team season opening meet.  All SVST swimmers will have an opportunity to swim up to 5 individual events; the legal times achieved serve as a baseline for the season.  This meet is an opportunity for new swimmers to get the feel of a swim meet and it helps all the volunteers practices their different roles for the season.  SVST buddies will be unveiled as well and treats are served following IM swims!
